RTMS Takes Part in the I-80 SMART Corridor Project

The I-80 SMART Corridor project is implementing an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) that will improve travel time reliability and reduce accidents and associated congestion. Training Tips
Having configuration or other installation challenges? Remote assistance is available.
Simply provide ISS support with the following information via email (support@imagesensing.com) :
• Setup file from the RTMS unit – this can be saved from within the RTMS Setup Utility. Go to Manual Settings > File and save to your computer
• Set-back and mounting height of the sensor
• Digital picture of the lanes of detection and/or GPS coordinates so we can use Google Maps to locate the roadway
• If a public IP address is available, please provide this so we can remotely connect
RTMS support will review the data and provide suggestions to resolve or even change the setup file you provided so you can upload the changes directly.
RTMS support can also assist using remote desktop connections, if available.
In each issue, we will have a training tip to help provide a variety of solutions. If you have an RTMS question or concern or problem you run into frequently, please feel free to send your suggestions to issnews@imagesensing.com.
