- This class will cover programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Econolite Cobalt Controller, running either ASC3 or EOS applications. We’ll walk through the entire interface of the controller and all of the screens, how to upgrade software, and features that are available. If you touch traffic controllers on a day-to-day basis, or would like to take the mystery out of them, this class if for you!
